This place was a treat to stay at, located in a privileged and beautiful place. It was a huge pleasure to be hosted by Shino, breakfast was great and her bagels are amazing!

Shino-san's accommodation is perfect for resting after the day's hike, but also if one were to stay a few days in Chikatsuyu. We were very comfortable for the night, and the dinner and breakfast provided by Shino-san were fantastic. My wife's old injuries had begun to flare up, and Shino-san very kindly helped us arrange a takkyubin with the liquor store owner opposite her cafe. She runs a very tight ship, and we were very impressed with how she did that, and and was kind while at it.

We loved the location, and the cabin was really cosy! Could see amazing stars at night and we enjoyed lying on the deck in the sun after a big day walking

The location is beautiful and peaceful, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. Lovely terrace to enjoy the views and stars at night. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Shino was really welcoming and helpful. The food she made us for dinner was delicious and we also had an amazing breakfast in her cafe in the village.
