The location is really good. It is right in front of the station and surrounded by nice breakfast/ lunch places. The place is really well maintained, clean and provides all kinds of ameneties.

Clean, lovely accommodation for a one night stay before the Kumano Kodo hike. The shared washroom is totally fine, there are actually three, private shower cubicles, behind locked doors, which was great.

The location is unbeatable. You have the train and bus station, stores, the tourist office for the mountain trails, great restaurants, the beach, bars and the Shirahama resort on your doorstep. A great way to be introduced to the culture.
