Splendid location, large property with nice gardens, lots of animals and birds, swimming pools had very good water temperature, kids club was well supplied with lots of games and activities to do, entertainment team very active with fun activities, restaurants provided good variety of of food and tasty food

Location is great, clean comfortable room, food wasn't much of the selection unless you ready to queue up at 6:30am to book in to restaurant which is not guaranteed, friendly and helpful staff

Is possible to see many animals from the Hotel, monkeys, squirrels, iguanas, macaws.... We have the oportunity to have dinner in El Rancho and William was a really good waiter, he served and advised us perfectly. The food was really good. The rooms are really big and AC works fine. Entertainment and activitys are really cool.
