We will charge late check in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00.Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them.Please note that 13% taxes are not included in the rate.Please note that kids under 12 are not accepted at this property.Please note property parking lot is free to use, but is outside the property.Parking is available outside the property in the street.The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the pricae of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. The total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival.Renovation work is taking place from 06:00 to 17:00, except from December 20, 2024 through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise on the outside area.Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property, also there will be construction work nearby the property starting on the january 6, 2025 until further noticePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Modern, clean, everything in good condition and working order, comfortable bed, great location - 5 minutes to beach and 12 minutes to town centre, secluded setting, friendly and welcoming hosts, there are communal body boards, umbrellas and folding beach chairs for guests to use and parking outside

Conveniently located just outside of the town centre but close enough for an easy walk to get to restaurants and the beach

Gorgeous! Set away from the road, v tranquil, 3 mins to the best quiet beach, 6 mins into the town centre. Outside facilities include a bbq, kitchen area, shower etc making the last day so easy. Pretty little verdant and quirky boho garden. Lovely friendly staff and fellow residents. Apt well equipped, clean, modern and nicely decorated.

Good sized room with private terrace. We received a welcome basket with goods which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The bathroom was large with plenty of space and we had numerous items such as coffee machine & water boiler in the room, which again was helpful. Parking in front of the gates & close access to the beach. Good location overall with a lot of privacy.
