Beautiful mature garden with many mango trees (in season!), bouganvillea, flowering shrubs which was patronised by a resident iguana, howler monkey family,, birds and butterflies. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The door deadbolt failed and it was replaced the next morning. Great location across from the beach and in the quieter end of town. Although we had a bar-sized refrigerator we also used the communal kitchen. The aurcon was very welcome as most days it was 30+C. We used out garden-facing patio a lot. Quite a mix of people from different countries and all ages. Very enjoyable stay. Good value, central hotel.

Everything! Simple rooms, comfortable beds, warm water, beautiful property right across the street from the beach, a common kitchen area, staff were friendly and helpful, Paco and Esmeralda the iguanas, the howler monkeys…
