The rooms are large and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to use this guesthouse again next time.

We stayed for a night to visit the local mural village and to be somewhere less touristy before moving onto Hoi An. The village is very nice and so were the people in our homestay who finished up driving us to Hoi An the next day (as we couldn't get grab / taxi). We enjoyed wondering around the place which is in a beautiful location between the river and rice fields on one side and the beach and ocean on the other. The local people were all very friendly and it was fun watching the local school pick up time with motorbikes etc. Sadly there is a lot of rubbish on the beach and some mongrel dogs but the village itself was nice even though we couldn't find anywhere to get dinner or breakfast so it was good to stay just for one night.

Free breakfast included! Lovely place with beach 100 meters away that has huge crashing waves. Everyone says hello in the area. Truly a nice part of Vietnam and a great homestay.
