10 out of 10, by far one of the best accommodations we stayed in in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the atmosphere in Air Manis is different - one that is relaxing, calming and nurtured by kind people. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, the view was stunning, the food was delicious, but most importantly the staff was incredibly nice! Whenever we had any kind of question, Herwin and the rest of the team were there to help, to answer questions and made sure that we have a great stay :) Some example of how incredibly kind they were: My sister became sick before we arrived and Herwin and his team helped us to call a doctor. When we wanted to book ferry tickets to Mantawai, they helped us to book them. And if you wanna do a snorkeling trip, they provide tours to different islands, telling you which are the best options and places to see. All in all, an impeccable experience - we can’t wait to be back!

The service was excellent. Mr Herwin Hassan was exceptional helpful. Saw him late at nights in the hotel and early morning too. He was all rounder assist my husband and I in many ways. Grateful to Herwin!

The Air Manis Villa is beautifully located in the lush hills just outside Padang – the view and setting are truly special. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the manager speaks English fluently, which made communication easy and pleasant. During our stay, we did experience some issues with the cleanliness of the villa. Fortunately, the manager was receptive to our concerns and made a real effort to address them, which we appreciated. That said, the villa could benefit from some overall maintenance – it feels like it has seen better days, and with some attention from the owner, it could easily shine again. All in all, we slept well, felt looked after, and really enjoyed our time in Padang. With a few improvements, this place could be exceptional.

Good view and wonderful service by Herwin. The villa has good breakfast and all types of food are good too.. We had superb dinner for 2 nights.
