It was our first time in Sri Lanka with our three children and the experience will stay with us forever. We chose Villa Talpe for our 8 days stay due to its great reviews and it certainly proved to be the right choice. If you are looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place with lovely food, this is it! We were so well looked after throughout our stay that we can only give 10* out of 10*! The family is so nice and kind and made us feel at home. We visited many different beaches and our favourite one was Mirrisa beach which was easily accessible by local bus and so much fun! 😊 We would like to take this opportunity and thank the family for their amazing hospitality. Sri Lanka is in our ❤️

It’s hard to find the right words to describe how wonderful our stay was. This is a beautiful family-run place; the lady of the house and her two daughters are incredible hosts who took amazing care of us. We traveled with our two young children, and they made us feel like part of the family. The lady of the house is an incredible homemaker and a fantastic cook—everything was fresh and delicious. The villa is located in the middle of the jungle, offering absolute peace and tranquility. We especially loved the amazing rooftop with its breathtaking sunset views. Just a small tip for others: because of this secluded and quiet location, you do need to use a tuk-tuk to get around. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful birthday celebration they organized for me, complete with a lovely cake and balloons. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will cherish for a long time. Thank you so much for everything—our daughters and both of us will truly miss you!

Very clean, comfortable rooms and bath rooms with hot water and adequate water pressure. Very friendly family environment. Clean swimming pool . Good home made food.
