Peaceful and quiet location, friendly staff. Single room not a bad size compared to others I have stayed in. Good location within walking distance of Old Town if you feel energetic or on tramline if not! Unusual set up, as not your conventional guest house with resident staff, but linked to an old folks facility (day centre?) next door. I was there on my own for three nights, bit like the Mary Celeste but not a bad thing. Ideal and very safe for solo travellers, or if you want somewhere quiet and a bit quirky.

Good location. No so far from the park and bus station. Old city is 30 min walking. The area is quiet.

Excellent place, like a dolls house, very simple, nice breakfast, very quiet, authentic. I don't mind if there are not many amenities, no hair drier. The fact that they don't come to tidy up your room every day is great. I can work at the table in the room and come back to it at any time. I always stay here when in Tallinn. The ladies who run the place are really lovely and kind.

It is a lovely place, everything is quite small, but very tidy and it has a great atmosphere - the shower is very confy and the breakfast is clearly made with love. It is less than 15 min from the University!
