Absolutely stunning place to stay over not only while travelling by plane (residences are located next to the Tallinn airport). We came by car and used parking next to the building for 7Eur per night. As our aim was concert at Tallinn Song festival ground we enjoyed easy public transport to the gound and back. Bus stop is just next to the Lurich residences. Apartment was cozy and very well equiped, as well as surprisingly silent. Contactless check-in was olso very convenient. We strongly recommend this place for couples or friends.

The property is very close to the airport, which is extremely convenient for travellers; It has everything needed (fully equipped kitchen, TV/internet); The building is new so everything is in really good condition.

I chose this place because it’s close to the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed. I actually felt a bit sad that I only stayed one night. Check-in was easy and self-service. I arrived an hour early and was able to sit comfortably in the waiting area on the ground floor. Great experience overall!

It was a fantastic experience in Tallinn. Modern building with a single access code, pretty close to the airport (you can get to there by 5-min walk), parking (and there are many options nearby) is not in the building, but is close to it. The apartments itself were comfortable and clean working space. The Internet speed is low, but enough for quality video-calls. There is no sound from airplanes (if all windows are closed, ofc).
