The staff and the room and its amenities were perfect! Also, it was just placed in the middle of the old town, having easy access everywhere, but due to the old building, there is no lift! The hotel has amazing Italian and romantic vibe.

The location is great. The hotel is an old merchants house, so it’s beautiful and the decoration and style is amazing. The room was also very nice. The staff extremely helpful and polite. Very nice breakfast. I’d definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The room was more than clean. All of the possible essentials were in the room. The location was great. If you want to visit the Old Town, this hotel is ideal.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious with good beds and excellent bathrooms. The location was excellent, very central yet reasonably quiet at night.
