I had a great experience at the NAZ City Hotel. Because I was with my partner on an engagement trip, they made the room beautiful with swans of towels and hearts. Very nicely done! Furthermore, the staff is very nice and helpful with anything you ask them. There was also good communication beforehand via chat and all questions were answered very well and extensively. The breakfast is very extensive and there is plenty of choice, both hot and cold options as well as plenty of savory and sweet options. The majority of breakfast consists healthy food. The Gym was well equipped with good equipment with which you can do all the workouts you need for a week of various workouts and therefore very good for a number of days at least a week. The sauna and pool were also very clean and met all requirements. Please note that you are not allowed to swim without a swimming cap for hygenical reasons which is good in my opinion. This is not communicated on Booking and you only know that when you arrive at the Hotel. You can buy a swimming cap at the pool, but it is useful to know that you take one with you, if you already have one, you don't have to buy it there (saves a few euros :-) Overall, it was an excellent experience for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely choose this hotel again

We were a family group that came as one was going to Estenova. Interesting to see so many of the guests doing the same so good to talk to each other. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great bakery around the corner and loved the Kebab takeaway / restaurant just across and up the road. Shuttle to Taksim Sq very helpful and the kiosk at the drop off place will ring the hotel for a pickup.

Truly one of a kind on all levels! The hotel was very clean and felt so safe, and the room service was responsive and quick. The free shuttle to key tourist spots was incredibly convenient. Huge thanks to the amazing team — especially Ece, Yusuf, and Jal (hope I got the name right!), they were well mannered and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Also, shoutout to the shuttle drivers!! everyone was so kind and welcoming Till next time, Naz City Hotel 🩷
