Please note this property is located in Okuhida Hot Spring Villages. Guests will need to take a bus from JR Takayama Station.Guests are advised to use snow tires or chains from November to April of every year.Guests arriving after 18:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests who are staying in the annex will have to go to the main building to take a bath.Please note that use of the shared kitchen is available only for guests staying in dormitory-style rooms.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent stay for a night. Nice aesthetics. Stayed in the Annex building which is across the street and 50 m from the main property. Value for money, with very good amenities and flexibility. Nice private Onsen baths (indoor and on-roof open air) and massage chair, no additional charges or advance booking required. Instructions were clear and had minimal interaction with staff. Town vibe is also nice.

The ryokan was incredibly clean, and our room was very cosy and quiet. Upon arrival, the staff explained the rules, which I think is great, as it ensures everyone has a pleasant stay. It is located 3 minutes from the bus stop and very close to Kamikochi (20 minutes by bus), which is very convenient for visiting the area, as Kamikochi is very touristy and expensive, and here it is more pleasant and economical. It has three baths (Ofuro) one of which is a magnificent outdoor bath. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge, coffee and tea. The village is small but has a delicious ramen restaurant and other shops where you can buy gifts, ice cream, etc. There is no Seven Eleven. There is a foot bath very close by.

super clean single room, has everything you need for a compact room, the common area is spotless and comfortable as well. i also had a great time with the outdoor onsei.

The view is great. The location is amazing for hiking/sightseeing in the area, very close to kamikochi as well. The onsen was private and very nice and clean. They even have a free massage chair! The air conditioning was great too.
