Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.The hotel's hot-spring baths are open from 15:00 till 09:30 in the morning.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

Charming little hotel, comfortable traditional rooms. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Possibility of private Onsen experience. Very nice and friendly staff both at the restaurant and reception.

We had an outstanding stay in Ryokan Gizan. The staff was super nice and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the property very warm and comfortable. The food was amazing; the dinner was a Yakiniku with Hida beef and lots of sides, and the breakfast traditionally Japanese. We got a spot in the private Onsen and it was super relaxing and nice to enjoy it as couple. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very nice: quite roomy and clean with beautiful view. Extremely comfortable beds and duvets, best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The private Onsen were very authentic and relaxing. Food just spectacular - best meat I’ve ever tasted. All in all, a truly great stay
