Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and private bath was great for our family of four. Small Playground on site too. With a car, close to Kamikochi and Shinhotaka ropeway. The public onsen down the road was beautiful!

The scenery is amazingly beautiful. First time for my husband seeing snow capped mountains ! Lovely drive out of the cities. Although the hotel is a little tired, the view from our private onsen was magical and the whole room/bathroom space was huge. The Nepalese manager was lovely. Japanese breakfast was very comprehensive.
