Beach House at Anse Forbans is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or military shore leave groups. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The hotel apologizes for any inconvenience.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We were visiting the Seychelles for the first time with friends and chose Beach Kaz by chance. We couldn't have made a better choice. Beautiful and peaceful accommodation in the south of the island at Anse Forbans. Beautiful swimming, other beaches nearby. We took advantage of the local restaurants, bought fish at the market, or caught them ourselves and grilled them. Communication with John was excellent many days before departure. His instructions were great. Juliana welcomed us on site and took care of us throughout our stay. The place was cleaned practically every day, just like in a hotel, which we didn't even expect. We would love to come back again:)

The location of the villa is amazing, right on the beach. Quite on the beach. The hostess is great. Helped with car rental, organized fishing trips. Constantly in touch and helped a lot in organizing the rest and resolving any issues. Huge thanks to her!
