The beds were comfy and the staff was nice. Check in is very late but you can leave the luggage at the counter. The problem is the location it is fr from train station and city center as well. So better choose something different. The busses only run every hour.

Customer service is fantastic, makes you feel very welcome and professional. They even upgraded our room. Simple and clean with high security.
