Very helpful staff. Despite language barrier they managed to change my room and gave me a large room with great views I really appreciated their support. Great location close to taxis and tourist bus depot.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to the bus terminal and the Tiehua village. 10 minutes stroll down to the pebbly beach. Note that the Railway Station is about 10 minutes of bus from downtown Taitung, but once you're in Taitung city, this hotel offers great accommodation and service.

Near bus station in town center. Large comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast, mainly Asian. Good English. Free bicycles.

Great location, it's OK to leave your belongings after you check out for few hours. Staff are very helpful and professional. Our room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Apparently we could have rented bikes from Giant and it would be OK to leave them in the lobby overnight which is great since a lot of people do bike trips in this area.
