Hotel is more suitable to backpackers style. There is no receiption desk. All check in using passcoed and comunication with hotel via whatsaap. I have to compliment staff involve as there were prompt reply.

The environment I got there very nice. Before that, we were told to go another branch in Matang as we can't do payment by card. But it was okay, the second place was awesome. Unexpected room. Cozy & more space than first choice. The room clean, the water pressure high. Overall, I liked all of it.

Love the convenience of self check-in. Reasonable price for a spacious & clean room, comfy bed for break on long travelling. The instructions for check-in, check-out & payment/deposit refund are clear. Water dispenser provided. Kiblat direction provided.
