All good. Room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. Responsive staff. Location ideal for anyone who prefers exploring Taiping town on foot. Close to the Lake Gardens, makan spots, a bit of shopping. Novotel offers very good breakfast spread which gives you a great start for the day.

The Premier King Room was a delight to stay in, and here are my comments: Pros: 1. I was allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. 2. The room was spacious and clean. 3. All amenities were provided, with good lighting throughout. 4. I was given a room on a higher floor (Level 12), which was quiet and peaceful. 5. The buffet breakfast was excellent. 6. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the center of town, and the Ground Floor Lobby is directly connected to the mall.
