Admin staff members were very friendly and helpful, very patient for questions and requests. Kitchen staffs were ok, not always 100% patient. Hotel room was really clean and provided cleaning every day. The minibar was free and the tea was pretty good. The mattress was pretty firm, which we found comfortable.
