Hospitality and Responsible Staff Behavior, Always Eager to Help. I want to call out the name of Iris, the Hotel manager, who went out of her way to help us out in the middle of the night.

Lovely big rooms. Enormous bathroom. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping left us little snacks and bananas which was a nice touch. Breakfast menu did not change much but was adequate for us with toast, cereal, fruit and juice. Plenty of Asian options as well. Quietish neighbourhood but plenty of dinner options and only a few metro stops to the Raohe street market

The staff were very helpful and very professional. As a foreigner, I very much appreciated that the front desk staff were able to assist with calling a taxi. Both the room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

The buffet breakfast was great. Cleaning lady was very kind to give us fruit and treats when we went out. She did a good job cleaning the room.
