First of all, I appreciate how the staff was very accommodating when we asked them to ship us the item (A watch owned by my late dad) we left behind. They were very prompt in responding and I really appreciate that. I also love how it was so accessible to the MRT Station and near restaurants and convenience stores and have safety precautions in place. The rooms are also very clean and spacious enough for luggage and things.

It was a nice place if you want to explore Taipei. Very accessible with the trains and bus stations. The Hotel staffs are nice and very easy to check-in. The provided all we need. Overall it is a good stay! Recommended!

Great service by the lady at the front desk who added an extra night for me when I asked she had to switch around bookings to fit my request and was very kind. Excellent place super clean and comfortable. The linens were good, great hot water great shower. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend staying here.
