Loved our stay at the Corner House, unassuming and welcoming. Staff were so courteous and helpful. It was lovely to have a coffee machine in the lobby area 24/7. Absolutely no complaints, just thank you!

Fantastic location, a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants and services just a short walk away, and upscale trendy shopping streets nearby. Staff are super helpful to us non-Chinese speakers! Breakfast was varied with different dishes every day. Super clean! It was very hot and humid when we stayed, and the room became a little musty, and the air conditioner was loud, but overall the stay was terrific.

I've stayed here before, the last time was a few years ago, but the experience was as good as I remember. Friendly staff, spacious and well-outiftted accommodation, good beds, very nice bathroom. I got an unexpected upgrade to a residential suite (having booked a regular suite) and the extra space was very welcome during my week's stay. One of the nice things about this hotel is they have very fast WiFi (250 Mbit/s up/down), which is great if you have to work a lot from the room, as I did. Breakfast is not huge, but give a choice of Asian and European cuisine, with fruit, rolls and cereals as well and it's plenty for a good start of the day. Also, the hotel provides a daily bottle of water for free (four in a residential suite) which is something many more expensive hotels just don't bother with - and essential considering the need to stay hydrated, especially in the hot summer months.
