The staff were very nice and professional. They are listening and do not hesitate to offer their assistance. It's a great location. I knew Taipei and I wanted this area. I was glad to find a good hotel like this. There are a huge number of hotels in Taipei, and not all of them are the same. This one was perfect for what I was looking for.

I liked the location, it was very central to food and the main station. da'an park is nearby and worth a walk. Check in and check out was straight forward. Everything was as advertised.

very small rooms. A bit difficult to find so carefully read the instructions provided by the hotel prior to arrival. Very close to the main train station. Staff is very nice. McDonalds on the 1st floor opened 24/7.
