24 hour desk staff, free coffee and tea, room was spacious and comfortable. No noise from adjacent rooms. The location is great- next to several bus stops and a 15min walk from Taipei Main Station and next to convenience stores and a supermarket. Luggage storage even after I checked out was also appreciated!

Rooms are basic but comfortable. Beds are nice, bathroom is clean, and showers are warm. Aircon works well. 24/7 reception made it convenient to check-in and check-out during odd hours. Hotel also provides instant tea, coffee, and water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us new towels upon request and were always there if we had and questions. You can feel they are very thoughtful.

Comfortable room with coffee/tea making. Microwave available in communal area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good area. Lots of local transport options.
