We loved the feel of the Madison. From the minute you walk into the foyer, the greetings from the staff were genuine and friendly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ian, Yan and Alicely on the front desk and Nino the concierge. All were helpful and professional. The hotel is classy yet homely and relaxing. Perfect after days of sightseeing in the summer heat! Our room was huge and the bed was so comfy. All the little complimentary extras in the minibar each day was appreciated. We got a real kick out of the Madison robot delivering water to our room, we don’t have that tech in NZ yet!! The free happy hour each evening in the downstairs bar was an unexpected treat! Great location between two MRT stations too!

Fantastic location in the leafy surrounds of Da'an. Very professional and friendly staff. Little extras in the room made the stay special. I liked the fluffy slippers, soft bathrobes and make up mirror.
