hotel helped me freeze my purchased soup before and after checking in. It's been a very good experience. Also, the shift manager arranged us to the room in the same floor so that we don't need to go to the orginal hotel.

Nice location close to everything. The hotel also willing to help with luggage drop even no place but they suggested to leave it with their other hotel.

The room and bedding and fridge were clean & fresh. No bad smells as others have found, although mine was a Superior Double. Oh, the cleaning woman was lovely - friendly & helpful. 🙂

Good location, inside Ximending, really convenient. The room is kinda clean but don't have water inside the room. Easily find restaurants, place to play in Taipei, near MRT Ximen
