Hostel Overview

Formosa 101 is located in Taipei and some guestrooms offer views of Taipei101. Free WiFi access is available and Tonghua Night Market is a 2-minute walk away.
The hostel is a 10-minute walk from Taipei101 Subway Station and a 7-minute walk from Liuzhangli MRT Station. It takes 15 minutes on foot to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.
The rooms all provide air conditioning, privacy curtain and sockets near the bed. Each unit is accessed through key card.

Overall felt quite clean, not the closest to a train station, but still relatively close to some places like Taipei 101. Rooms felt clean and aircon is very strong in summer season.

Great location near lots of public transport and only a 10mins walk to Taipei101. Room was spacious for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

• Wifi present throughout the building. • Hairdryer and very complete toiletries set. • Individual locker provided. • Quiet. I saw some comments complaining about outside noise, I guess that depends which room you get. The dorm without window only had noise from the corridor, which can be heard if there are loud guests.
