Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, relaxing, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again!

This place really feels warm and welcoming, not just somewhere to stay for a night. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive — whenever I needed help, they were quick to assist, which made me feel very safe and well taken care of as a solo traveler. I stayed in a double room this time. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The location is also very convenient — getting around Taipei from here is easy, with plenty of food and transport options nearby. Overall, I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s definitely a place I would come back to again.

Very good location. It is my second time in Taipei and I like to stay near the main train station, so this hostel is perfectly located! The rooms are spacious to put our belongings and comfortable. The staff is really nice.

Really great location + really cheap!!! Our dorm room had 4 double beds (that’s it! And was like £17 for two of us) Water bottle refills available, locked storage space, and separate toilets/showers. The toilets and showers weren’t so great for us since I think a lot of people used the ones for our room since it was right next to reception so a few of them were a bit dirty but that’s more of the other guests fault not the staff!!! Would defo stay again OH HIGHLIGHT: we got TWO pillows each!!! So so comfy!
