Lovely hotel, very clean, great facilities, great staff. Room was lovely. Nathan was so helpful and made us very welcome, as did all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

When Tainan state had a water emergency, the hotel reassured us that they will not be affected. It was great!

The room was very clean and the location is in walking distance to a lot of sightseeing things. The staff was also very helpful with us and we could leave the luggage there before check-in.
