Great location, right next to a local market so it's very fun to explore. Also close (walkable) to main attractions like Tainan Fine Arts Museum, Confucius Temple or Chihka Temple. The room is quite large (with more beds than I needed for two) with a foldable sofa, TV, a balcony (not that I can use the balcony for anything but it allowed some breeze in if you want fresh air so that's nice too). The bathroom was spacious despite having a weird spot for ventilation (into the room...), there seems to be some extra steps for the hot water but it never bothered us during our stay so it's no big deal. Communication with the host was always smooth and helpful (he even answered my random question about the neighborhood festival).
