If you require an extra bed, you must notify the property before your arrival.Children aged 16 years and below are not allowed to use the gym and sauna room.The sauna in ALFA Fitness Club is closed from 06:00–00:00 on Mondays for maintenance.All hotel facilities will be closed for monthly maintenance on the first Monday of each month.In accordance with local regulations in Taiwan, starting from January 1, 2025, the property will no longer provide disposable or single-use amenities.From Monday, December 15 to Friday, December 19, 2025, all ALFA Club facilities — including the Fitness Center, Multi-purpose Group Exercise Room, Men's and Women's Saunas, Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, and Massage Services — will be temporarily closed for scheduled annual maintenance. Please refer to the notice at the club for any adjustments to the schedule.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Staff are professional & courteous. Breakfast is perfect, my wife loves so. Room is spacious, utilities are adequate. Parking is a lot & free for use once admission.

Location was ideal, the hotel is well equipped and comfortable. The gym and pool were great. My only observations were that breakfast was disappointing and the staff I felt were a bit too formal. I understand that the breakfast was served to the local taste. However, a better range of eggs and breads would be good. The limited cereals were also not of the best quality.
