The whole building is interesting and well decorated. Our room was very spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking the city. Beds and sofa were comfy. Staff were very helpful and the coffee was some of the best I've had in Taiwan.

Architecturally interesting hotel with a garden built within a refurbished industrial building. Very satisfying for brutalist architecture fans. Nice location close to the Taichung main station as well, so the perfect spot to explore all Taichung has to offer

Incredible brutalist design, great location, free wine every evening and free coffee in the mornings. The staff were incredibly helpful helping me find a doctor. The bed was super comfortable and had everything you needed for a good rest.

The aesthetic is bautiful. If you appreciate architecture and use of space you'll appreciate SOF. The atrium is a nice touch, it brings a bit of greenery in the concrete jungle. The bed was super comfortable. A/C works well. Room is smaller than your average hotel but enough for what you need.
