- clean room and bathroom - good working facilities like the air con, hot water - fairly good location and felt safe once we were in it

Very good location, big and bright room. Very clean. The room is in a kind of residential area, so it's very quiet even if it is 5 min walk from the busy street. Everyday, you get 2 bottles of water, toilet paper, tooth brush, etc. Communication with staff via Link was good and very responsive. I highly recommend it.

The Check In was easy - we just had to write an message to the owner and a housekeeping staff came to pick us up and bring us to the room. Even though he did not speak english - Google Translater was the key! The room is quite spacious, the bathroom nice and clean. They provide a bottle of water per Person, toothbrushes and rubbish bags each day. The couch was a nice add on to the room. The fridge was also good. Everything was clean.
