Great location. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. We Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good mix of Western salads/bread and Asian food. The staff were kind and attentive, especially the wait staff helping with the breakfast buffet. Much appreciated.

The property is close to shopping malls and parks and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk to point us to a way to get to Sun Moon lake and we got a very detailed 1 pager to show us different ways to get to sun moon lake and the cost associated with each option. We decided to hire a driver very late and the front desk staff helped us organising the whole trip to Sun Moon Lake very very late at night (like 12.30am).
