It's located in the vicinity of Fengjia night market. There are a lot of eateries surrounding this place. The owner is super friendly and responsive though I didn't see him physically. I chatted with him via Booking.com chat room. Check in instructions are clear with pictures and step-by-step guidance. Wifi was good and fast.

Very secured. Two levels of locked gates before you gain entry to the room. Room door secured with digital code. Very clean comfortable room. Right smack in the middle of the biggest night market area in Taiwan. All we did for the entire stay was eat and eat and eat.
