Beautiful hotel grounds, the beach was very nice. Our favorite place was the beach club restaurant, very nice setting, service and food (grilled fish and Moroccan salads). The breakfast was also quite nice with multiple Moroccan dishes. The staff was super nice. The rooms were very nice as well, with a long balcony where you can have a drink or a tea. We also liked a lot the path that goes along the hotels from one beach extremity to another (about 1 hour walk in total). I also recommend going to Taghazout, and have a tea near the sea. Overall, we had a very nice stay

Staff couldn’t have been nicer. They’d do anything to accommodate your needs. Comfy sun beds and never a shortage of them. Seemed nice, polite respectful guests staying there - no fighting for sun beds or shouting! Food was really good. View was amazing. Only criticism is the beach needs improvement.

The hotel deserve the 5* however as always the people make the place what it is not the layout. Great staff very helpful - Genuine kindness and smiles, from my guy who served the towels by the pool to the managment who printed out our boarding passes. Special thanks to Nassima who we met every morning - managed to get some extra humus as my mom’s favourite part of her breakfast. Also have to mention Reda who get a cake as a suprise for mom’s birthday as well welcomed us on our arrival. Had a great massage and enjoyed my short break. Great food - lots of options. Only 3 days but felt they know us well enough as a friend. I won’t hesitate to return.

Exceptional Experience Our stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. At check-in, the front desk staff noticed that it was my husband’s birthday and kindly upgraded our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. The next day, we were surprised with a complimentary cake from the hotel, which was a lovely and personal touch! The hotel itself is impeccable. Housekeeping maintains a very high standard of cleanliness, and the rooms are beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. The mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The showers are spotless and work perfectly. We also appreciated the attention to detail with the water — not only are large bottles provided in the room, but small bottles are also replenished regularly so that you can easily take them on walks. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Houda, and the restaurant manager for their outstanding hospitality and care. They made our stay even more memorable with their warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is impeccable. Housekeeping maintains a very high standard of cleanliness, and the rooms are beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. Excellent accomodations. Although our first room did not lock properly, we were switched to another room the next day. Every part of the stay was excellent especially the clean grounds, kind staff, and great restaurants. We liked our family holiday there because it was beach front, away from the main town but still a nice walk if we wanted to visit. The spa was also very lovely and appreciated that the hamman had to be reserved. The treatment was excellent and felt private without tons of people in the facility.
