Excellent staff, heated swimming pool, good food, comfortable rooms. The view would have been good if it had not been raining and cloudy all the time - but it was the monsoon, so to be expected! Short drive to the town centre. But note that the Taal volcano is not visible from here, you need to drive into town and a bit further.

Everything is perfect, the rooms are spacious.. the , bed are comfy., the staff who answered me are polite and friendly.

Room—very spacious, comfortable beds. There is also a sofa in the 3rd floor lobby so we were able to hang out there. Breakfast - Happy and satisfied. Good coffee. Pool - we love the pool. Especially the heated kiddie pool.

The staff was professional at the same time very approachable and courteous. The breakfast was nice but could be better, with more options. It was quiet and very restful. Room was spacious. Security was on point
