The fine print
Possible extra charges include the following. These are charged only if applicable or ordered.

4. We are at the condo from 10 am - 5 pm. Checkouts before 10 am must be advised on checkin day. For last-minute advice, the surcharge is PhP 500.
5. Airport transfer [Php 4000 one-way for a sedan]
6. 8-hour city tour [Php 4000 for a sedan; entrance and parking fees are excluded]
7. Breakfast [PhP 250 / pax - 1 silog meal]
8. Bag storage [PhP 100 / bag]
9. Reschedule fee [PhP 500]
10. The entire stay is self-service. Full-service option is PhP 500.
11. We are a clean-as-you-go property. For exemption, please pay PhP 500.
12. This is a residential condo with homeowners' association policies. Penalties will be applied during violations. Rules include no-noise policy, no-smoking policy and no-hanging-of-clothes policy.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The view, designated parking, assistance, guide, the overall room size, separated shower room from comfort room, staff gave complete instructions on the dos and donts

The place has huge beds. Good for 4 pax and the space was more than enough for us. I was with a kid and a dog. LOL. We had the 2 beds all to ourselves.

My family sleep comfortably and peaceful. The location is nice and accessible to personal needs like foods The staff is kind. The room is so clean and cozy. I love to go back here. Thank you for the accommodation . ☺️☺️☺️
