The staff were great, all of them were super helpful and great English speakers. The hotel has an amazing pool *200 Pesos to swim, but the pool is brand new. There is a wide variety of cable channels and easy to get transport directly outside. There is a McDonald's and there is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away.

Always stay at The Ambassador hotel when I’m in Tacloban as it’s very well located …. Not far from the immigration office and close to local restaurants. Nice big clean rooms. Excellent value for money.

The staff. Location is great. It was a last minute booking, didnt have much expectations but it was a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and found the money that I lost.

Lovely hotel located close to everything you need.. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly….. Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone staying in Tacloban.
