Cleanliness. Courteous staff. Good vibes. Even though Tacloban-feels is so "mamingaw" and dugyot, this hotel makes you want to stay a bit more. Somehow off set the bad vibes outside.

We liked the service, the staff are very friendly and helpful , good room service, the cleaners did a good job in the room , the staff looked after us.. we highly recommend this hotel . and also was not too far from the malls. The restaurant was great also, compliments to the chefs and waiters and waitresses.

the staff was helpful with our bags upon arrival. breakfast was quickly prepared and delivered to the room. the room was neat and comfortable. wifi was stable.
