A very good hotel with a great location, close to Tachikawa Station. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was fantastic; I received excellent service and assistance, they were always helpful, despite my poor English and inability to speak Japanese. The rooms were great and very clean. I hope to stay at this hotel again someday.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the JR station. Staff at the reception was polite and helpful.

Great location really reasonable pricing. Great lobby area with beer! The staff were incredibly kind even with my somewhat mediocre japanese speaking skills.
