Privacy of the pool villa. The pool and room were so nice! Loungers were comfortable. Massage was great. We really rated the food especially the breakfast, not many options but it was great quality so I happily had the same thing every day. There are some other warungs you can walk to for food to the left maybe 10 minutes walk down the beach.

The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you, the hotel and the feel of it is fantastic, an oasis tucked away in the jungle, yet close enough to everything you need. From the moment we arrived you could feel yourself relax. We've stayed in hotels from Hawaii to Hong Kong and the Maldives and I would rate this as one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Before we even arrived the staff were already assisting us with our stay, from sorting out cars for us and even a hairdresser, they could not do enough. The food was excellent, and no it isn't fast (as mentioned in another comment) but the attention to detail and again, going above and beyond was so evident. We found there to be plenty to choose from including delicious local dishes and international alternatives, we also found the portion sizes to be more than enough.
