From check in to check out, the staff’s warmth and professionalism were unmatched, This isn't just a hotel it’s a sanctuary of comfort, i would like to thank the entire staff on them invaluable efforts and vibrant positive energy, the staff was truly radiating positivity and their responsiveness to literally everything was outstanding.I would also like to thank the team leader, Mr. Kiwan, for his seamless, distinguished, and successful management. I would like to sincerely thank the team at Lijam Hotel Amman for a very pleasant stay. The facilities are excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and truly helpful throughout. I was particularly impressed by the immediate attention to every request—everything was handled quickly and professionally. I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome to Jordan and the patience and friendliness shown toward my children. Another highlight was the wonderful swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was rich and varied, with a great selection and very good quality. Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfasts (the best Um Ali I've ever had), large, comfortable room. Nice swimming pool and gym.
