Giorgi “A romantic little chalet in a beatufull garden next to thmost beautiful natural resort of Hungary.”

The garden outside is beautiful and idyllic. The little wooden chalet where we stayed is secluded from the main building, has a garden access and is well equipped, comfortable and clean. Bathroom and shower cabin was nice and clean, and the living space decorated in country style has a romantic aura. Small kitchen is well equiped to prepare simple breakfast and sandwiches for dinner. Although the space was bit tight for the family of 3, we enjoyed our stay there for 3 nights, as we were blessed with perfect weather and spend little time inside during our stay. All the main Szilvasvarad attractions are in the walking distance, so we didn't have to use our car during our stay. The garden is pefect for playing lot's of outdoor games with the kid and there is also a huge trampoline next to the chalet, which our kid loved. Our host Akos was very helpful, responsive and friendly. And yes - nowhere in Hungary you can find more beautiful nature than in Szalajka Valley.

Close to the falls and restaurants. The house has perhaps 10 units for rent. Very clean and comfortable rooms and hospitable host. They have a community area with a dining room and kitchen, and an outdoor sitting area where you could also cook in a “bogracs” a stewpot if you are inclined to make Hungarian fish soup or goulash. You can park inside the gate of the house, well protected and convenient.

Akos was really friendly and helpful, also flexible about the check-out time. The building is nice and fully refurbished. Well-organised garden with playground, it can be good option for families with kids. The room was spotless, clean and has a balcony. It was pleasure to enjoy my morning coffees there and listening the birds. :) Highly recommended and absolutely worth the price! :))
