I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! The location is incredibly convenient—just 20 meters from all the bus stops that can take you anywhere. There’s a McDonald’s nearby, plus plenty of other places to eat and a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and speaks English fluently, so there were no communication issues at all. The hostel itself is very clean and has everything you need. There’s a cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The room was cozy and modern, and it even had a small fridge which was a great bonus. The showers were clean and everything was very tidy.

Very friendly receptionist upon check-in, friendly staff overall, available and helpful for occasional questions. Clean rooms, washrooms, community spaces, no broken/missing items or dirt during the days of my stay. Great location for people travelling by public transport, close to a long-distance bus station which is also connected by local lines to the railway station (but the railway station can be reached in an about 20-25-minute walk, too). The hotel/hostel is located just near the historical city center and a shopping mall. The surroundings looked safe, even though it was near a transport hub. Even though I stayed there off-season, where there were few guests, the athmosphere of the whole place felt friendly and welcoming. I did not order breakfast, so no opinion about it :-)
