"I had a very pleasant experience at RIVA Boutique Hotel. First of all, when we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and great kindness by the reception staff. Imola was extraordinary—truly wonderful. They offered us the option of underground parking for a fee of 9 euros. The car was kept in optimal conditions without the pressure of paying for outdoor hourly parking. The room was very large and spacious, equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, tea, a fridge, TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and electric shutters. If you are sensitive to traffic or tram noise, it might be better to request a room at the back of the building; however, it didn’t bother us at all. We also appreciated that the double bed had two separate duvets, which we found very useful. The bathroom was well-equipped and spacious, even including a stool to sit on while drying your hair. The shower pressure was excellent. Also, the high-speed internet worked perfectly. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, just a few steps away from the Heroes' Gate and the Cathedral. It’s a beautiful and quiet area, perfect for an evening stroll. I highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back!"

We were greeted by the staff and they were able to communicate in excellent English for us. They were very friendly, courteous and professional throughout our visit. Our room was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is positioned well between the train station and the town centre, and is a short walk to both.

The staff is very friendly, the accommodation is extremely nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and varied.
