The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lots of good places to eat in easy walking distance. 12 noon checkout was helpful. Excellent value,

It was as i expected as I have stayed there before and the critical thing is that it is near the marina and the Christmas Markets.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent. Everything was within easy reach, with plenty of restaurants and bars right on the door step. As we were a group of six adults, it would have been nice to be able to sit together at the hotel in the evenings after a day out, restaurant/bar would have been a bit more relaxing. We were informed at the time of booking that the restaurant would be closed during our stay, so this is simply an opinion and not a negative. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we would happily return.
