The fine print
Guests wishing to receive a VAT invoice are requested to provide the hotel with all necessary company data within 1 hour after receiving confirmation of the reservation. Otherwise, the only document to settle the stay will be a fiscal receipt.From February 2024, breakfast will not be served as a buffet at our hotel. There will be breakfast "on-drop" in the form of lunchboxes. Breakfast reception is available from 7:00 to 10:00.Please note that when travelling with a child, his/her identity card or a document confirming the parents' consent to travel with the child is required.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.

The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is nice, spacious and very cosy, if a little old fashioned. The beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice, hot and powerful.

The room is spacious, for a single person. the bed (single normal) is comfortable. the area is quiet. You can get a good night sleep. There is desk, a table and 2 chairs. You can have breakfast in the university Cafeteria near by. Good value for money.

Just a very short stay. Arrival in the middle of the night: no problem because reception open 24h.
